Kombans FC is entering its next phase of structured growth and institutional development.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and lead the club’s operational backbone.

THE ROLE

The COO will oversee:
• Day-to-day football & administrative operations
• League compliance & governance systems
• Budgeting & financial discipline
• Sponsorship servicing & activation
• Academy operations & youth pathway structure
• Matchday & event execution
• Team building and performance management

We are looking for a leader who can build systems — not just manage seasons.

IDEAL PROFILE

• Proven experience in football/sports management at par levels – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Indian football ecosystem
• Operationally strong with commercial awareness
• Institution-building mindset

GROWTH PATH

This role carries a potential pathway to CEO-level leadership as the club scales.
