Position: Indian Head Coach

Kombans FC invites applications from qualified and experienced Indian football coaches for the position of Indian Head Coach on an annual full-time contract.

Eligibility & Requirements

• AIFF Pro Licence (mandatory)
• Fluent in Malayalam (spoken communication essential)
• Willingness to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram and work on a full-time basis
• Proven experience in professional football coaching

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as Indian Head Coach for the Kombans FC professional team
• Oversee youth teams and age-group development
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the club’s grassroots football programme
• Work closely with club management to build a strong footballing philosophy and pathway

Contract

• Annual contract, renewable based on performance
