Based in Trivandrum, we’re looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Head of Operations to help us scale our vision and ensure professional excellence on and off the field.
🔹 Your Role:
• Oversee day-to-day club operations — from player development and logistics to events and partnerships
• Coordinate coaching schedules, training infrastructure, and league participation
• Build and manage relationships with local communities, sponsors, and football associations
• Drive operational systems, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure the club functions like a professional unit with a strong social purpose
🔹 You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in sports, education, or social enterprise
• Passion for football and belief in its power to transform lives
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A heart for impact and a mind for execution
• Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred
